Cestrian Dreams Project

PAGE IS CURRENTLY A WORK IN PROGRESS. MORE LINKS TO ARTICLES COMING SOON!

The Cestrian Dreams Project was originally launched in 2012 by Alwyn Ash as an inspirational website in the fight against mental health stigma. It has now been fully incorporated into this webpage and shares with its readers personal experiences through the eyes of a sufferer. As mental health charity Mind points out, "1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year".

As each article is written from a personal and often sensitive perspective, please be aware that they may be considered "Triggering". Do not read if presently in a vulnerable state. Thank you!
